About Course

This short course is for volunteers who want to help with fundraising but are not sure where to start. You do not need previous fundraising experience. The course explains what fundraising is, how volunteers can get involved, and the key principles to keep activities safe, legal and aligned with your organisation’s values.

Through short lessons, examples and reflection tasks, you will discover different ways to raise money and awareness, how to talk about your cause, and what to watch out for around permissions, money handling and safeguarding. The focus is on simple, everyday fundraising that volunteers can support with confidence.
